I am sooooo pissed today after listening to 103.9 fm .Kepta and dennis were talking about how we keep paying debt every year for project that have never taken off going back to the 80's.
I could not help myself i just feel like i can match to state house and ask whats happening and was it just an over sight all this year or whats happening. I think the first solution is to make the MP's here in kenya taxable so that they can feel the pitch too and make changes. This people are not there to work for us they are just there for their own gain . I can prove this ! check out what happened to kimunya he wanted to bring the issue of taxing the MPs and what did they do they throw him out. Its like he went against the aoth of protecting themselves when they get to parliament.Kenyans we need to do something join me people. We need to have the public debt register should be made PUBLIC.Guys did you hear about the fertilizer story where we are supposed to have a factory for processing fertilizer. It has never materialized. There are some others i heard called nedema, caro marine, impresa and naviga i hope i got the names correct. did you know that the debt we pay covers like 30% of our total revenue? guys lets wake up and please if you know what we can do then give your suggestions.
Emmanuel and kepta if we can get the masses educated and informed i think we can react as a whole but as long us the massess dont know whats up . we will remain depressed and oppressed.
THe media should also come together and help tell us whats happening create avenues where we can share our anger and reactions and we can use ICT to make this possible. We need our operators to cheap in too coz they have the most penetration to the masses.
